BSA Troop 121 - Summer Camp
2009 Summer Camp
Who: All current scouts and entering Webelos may attend
Where: KMSR - Kittatiny Mountain Scout Reserve, Hemlock Site
When: Sunday, July 12 - Saturday, July 18
Cost: $275 (if paid by April 1st) or for any Webelo just crossing over to Boy scouts
$300 (if paid before May 1st)
$325 (if paid after May 1st)
$225 for a 2nd week of camp (regardless of payment date)
Medical Clearance:Boy Scouts require that everyone have had a physical by a licensed
health care professional within the last 3 years, updated by the parent annually. We have
found that the best way to meet this requirement is to have a "Part B" Boy Scout Medical
Record Form filled out by your physician and for the parents to supplement this annually
with a "Part A/C" Medical History. See medical forms.
Drug and Medication Policy - If your son needs to take any medication while at camp,
please review and comply with this policy.
Merit Badges: All scouts will have a scoutmaster conference to assist them in selecting
merit badge courses to take at summer camp. The scoutmasters request that you assist
us in getting all of the boys advanced to the Tenderfoot rank so that they can enjoy a
more advanced summer camp experience.
